Message	The few times I have randomly asked a pig, they all said no quota's exist...However it seems like cops patrol/look to ticket folks more so towards the end of the month, as if they need to stop being lazy for the month, and at least get their minimal tickets in for the month, so they meet their performance objectives for a positive performance evaluation, etc..
